• If the reserved equipment is not suitable, you may change categories at no extra cost while retaining your pricing benefits.

Yes, online ski reservations are open until two days before your rental.

It is not possible to book online the day before your ski rental, but you can still do so by telephone.

And to avoid any unpleasant surprises (particularly crowds), we strongly recommend picking up your ski or snowboard equipment the day before your first day of skiing.

Especially for busy weekends, you can pick up your equipment at any time on Saturday so you can set off with peace of mind on Sunday.

In this case, you will not be charged for Saturday.

The busiest times are Saturdays from 3pm to 7pm and Sunday mornings.

If you arrive early in La Rosière, we strongly advise you to hire your skis as soon as you arrive.

At Colette Sport, we do not charge extra for equipment changes:

• For the Black and X-Black categories, you can change depending on snow conditions (hard snow, powder snow).
• When it comes to ski boots, we will help you choose the boots best suited to your feet and your skiing level, but if the boots are not comfortable when you are skiing, we strongly advise you to come and change them.

For winter sports enthusiasts, we have a special product for you:

You keep both pieces of equipment with you throughout the week.
