An expert and passionate team
Alongside Mathieu, manager and former ESF instructor, our team includes ski technicians, rental advisors, clothing sales assistants, repairers and more. They are mountain enthusiasts who know how to fix a binding, find the right pair of skis at 8 o’clock in the morning, or recommend the perfect hat when the temperature drops. Some were born here, others fell in love with the resort while skiing off-piste… But they all have one thing in common: the desire to do a good job, with a smile on their face.

Salesperson
You will be part of the rental/workshop team. Your role will be to welcome customers, advise them and prepare their ski equipment in a friendly and efficient manner.
Type of contract: Full-time seasonal fixed-term contract
Location: Colette Sport – La Rosière (Savoie)
Position available: 1st December 2025 to 30th April 2026

Your responsibilities
Greet customers at the rental shop with a smile.
Prepare and adjust equipment (skis, boots, snowboards, helmets, etc.).
Make adjustments according to the customer’s level and body type.
Maintain and store equipment on a daily basis.
Contribute to the team’s positive atmosphere and the shop’s image.
The ideal profile
You are comfortable with ski equipment and know how to adapt to different customers
You are thorough, quick and organised
You have good interpersonal skills and a team spirit
You already have experience in ski hire or a ski workshop (a plus but not essential)
Speaking English is a real bonus (international clientele)
